  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned furniture or decor, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
